Kevin began studying and practicing yoga in 2000 and has been certified with the Yoga Alliance since 2005. He is a certified teacher of Anusara Yoga that focuses on therapeutic techniques of the body or what is referred to as Yoga Therapeutics. This is done through a unique set of concise bio-mechanical alignment principles called the Universal Principles of Alignment™, which are applied to each asana. Anusara yoga teachers are trained to integrate these alignment instructions, offering students a new experience of yoga in every class that promotes physical and emotional well-being.
As a consummate student of yoga and seeker of wholehearted living, he achieved his full Reiki Master initiation in 2015 and has been applying this and other energy modalities to all that he does. Currently Kevin teaches weekly and monthly classes and workshops in New York City as well as retreats and trainings worldwide.

With a focus on alignment and flow, Kevin encourages deeper mindfulness, orientation and attunement within the postures. Known for his lighthearted approach, Kevin brings enthusiasm and a whole heart into the room, commanding large spaces with professionalism, fun and vibrancy. His classes are challenging, creative and inspiring as he guides his students to go beyond preconceived notions of who they are and what they can do on the mat. Most importantly, he is dedicated to helping people of all ages experience the joys of a yoga practice and conscious living.
